If you could stare your future in the face, what would you say?
On October 6th, 2009 The Fold released their new album "Dear Future, Come Get Me". On the latest disc, the band looks straight into the future and says "bring it on!" With this contest, it is time for you to send your future a "message in a bottle"...
In the style of the album's art, submit a picture or youtube video relaying YOUR message to the future. Be creative, be honest, look at the examples below as a guide; but most importantly, be yourself! The band will pick 5 winners (<--click to see prizes) at the end of November 2009. The GRAND PRIZE goes to Matt Ritter of Bloomington, IN – the Grand Prize includes a copy of Tony Hawk: Ride (featuring The Fold’s new single “Neverender”), a signed copy of “Dear Future, Come Get Me”, a sticker, shirt, poster & free guest list entry with a chance to hang with the band at their next show in your area. The game debuts a “feet-on” skate deck [pictured here] which will be included. Matt, please send us your address, and which platform you’d like the game in, 360 or PS3.
